Fun Fact

Teresa has been declared a Doctor of the Church. She reformed the Carmelite convents of her time, to set in stricter rules for both women and men, including a rule where she lived her life barefoot and free of possessions. Teresa was a serious mystic and witnesses claimed to see her levitate in states of ecstasy.


Prayer

Saint Teresa, intercede to the Holy Ghost that I may hold on to hope when all i feel is darkness, anxiety and doubt.
