Fun Fact

James was the older brother of the apostle John. They were known as the Sons of Thunder.

When James was martyred, his body was taken to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Today, people still journey to this site via The Way of St. James (El Camino de Santiago.)

Prayer

Saint James, intercede to the Holy Ghost that I may remember to take a breath when I get overexcited, fiery, or passionate in the moment.
