About the Artwork
Vincent’s collage hearkens to when I was a student at St. John’s University. The medal comes from a medal I received when I visited the church where his body is on display. I chose the red colors to emulate the school’s colors. He served everyone he could, and the yellow lilies represent his ministry blossoming into reaching hundreds of thousands all over the world today.
